He was born on 17th October 1935. Married Indira on August 25,1957. She was born 1938. He joined the International Civil Service in the UN Sectt in 1953 and worked in UN E & Married Indira on August 25,1957. He joined the International Civil Service in the UN Sectt in 1953 at a very young age and worked in UN E & SA Council in various countries rising to the level of Under Secretary General when he took premature retirement. He settled in Bethesda, Maryland USA Their children are Shiva V and Jai V.
He passed away at the age of 75 in a Nursing Home in Bethesda , Maryland around 4 PM on 13 Dec 2010 .
